Spacious, quiet and in a great neighborhood
Positive: The location on the Beltline, near Krog St Market.
The apartment was lovely, spacious, quiet and well provisioned. The serviced apartment building has great extra facilities such as the swimming pool area (in the sun most of the day), business suite and gym.
Negative: Nothing to report here!

Overall a 4 out 5, would have been a 5 star if not for the cooking smell
Positive: This place is amazing! The amenities are great, and it’s so well-furnished. The wine and snacks were a wonderful addition.
Negative: The property had a very strong cooking smell, and they tried to cover it up with excessive room fresheners, but they were a bit too strong for our taste.

Positive: The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is nice, and the Krog Street area is very walkable. Never felt unsafe, and it's close to everything in Atlanta, really. Would stay again!
Negative: It was the weekend, so it was to be expected, but it was pretty loud up until around 3 a.m. both nights. Lots of people are out and about, and a lot of traffic on the street below. Some noise machines or a box fan kept in the closet for folks to use might help.

Excellent 1 bedroom property
Positive: Excellent location close to restaurants & Atlanta beltline. Lovely trees on the road outside the property.
Beautiful property with generous staples including bottled water, coffee & tea and luxuries like wine & soft drinks in the fridge.
Good quality toiletries in bathroom.
Balcony - perfect for morning coffee & evening wine.
Lovely outdoor pool & lounge
Negative: Took sometime to find my way around the corridors. More signage to indicate where lifts (elevators), pool, lounge & parking are would be helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Ariell's suite for a couple nights. It is beautiful and clean! Ariell was very responsive and a great host. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location of the suite was perfect. My husband and I were able to walk to several restaurants! If you know anything about Atlanta parking, this was a blessing. The amenities were great. 10/10!

Decent but not exceptional
Positive: Location was good. Quiet and decently clean.Amenities were good. I forgot to bring makeup remover but it was prepared in the drawer!
Negative: Too many cushions and decorative stuff. We had to clean up before started to use the room. Also the curtains are really decorative only and cannot shut so difficult to sleep because we like darker room when sleeping.

When I say I absolutely LOVE this place, I truly mean it! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Everything was nice, neat, clean, and so welcoming. This is the ideal place to stay in Atlanta right in the heart of everything happening! I enjoyed every moment here and honestly felt like I lived here. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for such an amazing experience I love it here!

Highly recommended luxury apartment in excellent location
Positive: Very beautiful and comfortable apartment exactly as described. Extras included dishwasher tablets, snack snacks, soft drinks, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and much more. Sunny balcony in the mornings and sunny swimming pool in the afternoons. Located in a lively location on the Beltline with many restaurants and bars.walkable to The MLK museum and area.
Negative: Nothing.

Amazing to explore Atlanta, we loved it!
Positive: Perfectly located, very clean, super spacious and equipped with everything you could think of. Convenient and safe parking. Friendly host, always available.
Negative: A lot of decor that sometimes was in the way a bit, for example so many cushions on the bed you‘d have to put them on the floor to go to sleep or not being able to use the kitchen countertop without moving the staged table setting.

El vecindario es muy recursivo, puedes caminar, montar en patineta, hay varios restaurantes y todo tipo de comida, es allí mismo en el Beltline. Disfrutamos mucho nuestro tiempo allí.

We loved everything about this apartment, it was a great space, clean and beautifully furnished. The facilities were amazing, we lived the gym. Parking was really straight forward. The location is brilliant, just steps from Krog market and the beltline which made everything really walkable. Great restaurants and bars just steps away, but still a really quiet apartment for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return.

Having read through the literature sent by Ariell, check in was easy and straightforward.
Though late in arriving we found the apartment clean and tidy and we felt 'at home' very quickly.
The neighborhood and surrounding areas seemed well maintained which added to the enjoyment, with many coffe shops and restaurants nearby.
Overall, a great place and would stay here again when next in Atlanta..

Ariell’s place was great! Easy to find, her instructions were very detailed & easy. There’s a lot of things to do right outside the apartment within walking distance. The bed was the most comfortable bed, I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. It smells amazing upon walking in & throughout your stay, super clean.

Location location, it was great, we could walk the Beltline, we tried out a few different places to eat, they were all great, especially Yeppa …. only around 10 minutes uber to the city, very quiet at night, cosy comfortable place.
We had a little issue getting into the parking garage and apartment for the first time, but everyone was super helpful, and once we had the fob, easy breezy.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The unit was exactly as listed. Though there is some wear, equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic for us to walk right down to the beltline, restaurants and Krog Street Market. Check-in and out was a breeze and ArielI was quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely would choose the unit again for ATL beltline trips!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel charm für details. Für uns der einzige minuspunkt war in die wohnung zu kommen, da der schlüssel für IN die wohnung zu kommen IN der wohnung war. Wir haben aber hilfe bekommen und schlussendlich ging alles gut.
Die wohnung liegt perfekt an der beltline, toll für spaziergänge.
Die kommunikation mit ariell war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich.
Zur wohnung selber: sehr grosses und bequemes bett. Badezimmer grosszügig. Bei der küche wäre ein toaster toll gewesen (für frühstück), das ist aber nur ein kleines detail.
Alles in allem SUPER. Danke ariell, dass wir in deiner wohnung sein durften 🙏

My stay here was amazing! Ariell was very responsive when I had questions. The unit is super cute and looks just like the pictures. It was clean and smelled really good. Also it’s in a great spot on the Beltline where you can talk a walk or venture to a variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was AMAZING!!!
Positive: The property was very easy to find. The host gave very direct and clear instructions on how to check in, check out, where to park, and also how to gain entry into the property. It was amazingly clean. Everything you could think of was provided to make a comfortable and convenient stay. From the pots and pans, linen, cleaning products, small snacks for the guest, a variety of beverages, utensils, toiletries, and etc. literally the whole 9. There was free parking and the host also provides you with a list of things to do if you’re new to the city or just clueless on how to spend your time. Oh, I can’t forget the balcony!! That was favorite part about the property. I love balconies lol. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay and I would definitely make this my future stay for when I go back in a few months. Like, I really was pleased and amazed with how luxurious the place was and how clean and presentable it was. Also very affordable. Sometimes I feel like giving 10s are overrated but this property definitely gets a 10 all across the board. AND LOCATION!!! You literally make one turn and downtown Atlanta jumps in your face and you’re only 0.7 miles away from the downtown connector if you want to hop on the highway. I didn’t get a chance to take full advantage of the property because I came for family events so I spent a lot of my time away from the property but I know Atlanta so im able to vouch that the location of the property is very clutch for commuting. Also, it’s one of the places where if you just need to get away, it definitely provides a sense of peace. By the way, what you see in the pics, are EXACTLY what you get. Trust me, the pictures does this property no justice. You just have to see it for yourself.
Negative: Ooooooo, the cold hallways lol. That’s literally it.

This is my 2nd time staying at Ariell’s bnb. I came back for a reason, excellent location and experience! She’s friendly, responsive, her place is clean, modern and beautifully designed. The location is A1. From food, shopping to entertainment you can find it all right out the door on the Beltline. There’s something for everyone here. Positive: It was well stocked and appointed. Comfortable and decorated well. Location was perfect. Can walk to many restaurants and stores.
Negative: There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom windows and even with the blinds shut the city lights were bright. The instructions for parking were not clear and it took asking the property office where to park to get situated. No check out instructions were provided.

Wonderful host and a fantastic location — we loved being able to walk everywhere. The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The mattress was a bit firm for us, and the room didn’t fully darken at night, but those are small things in an otherwise lovely stay. We really appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the beltline, along with Ariell’s responsiveness and attention to detail.

Positive: Location was absolutely amazing. Super comfy bed. Such a well-stocked kitchen with lots of thoughtful treats for guests.
Negative: Accessing the suite was a bit complicated. There is a fragrance used in the suite that was quite overpowering. Lots of beautiful flowers and cushions made the suite feel well-staged, but we just had to move it all to the floor by the wall to actually use the surfaces, the couch, the bed, which was a bit annoying.

I was only here for 3 nights and wish I had stayed longer. There a market across the road, you have the beltiline right
Positive: Close to walking distance for food, to the city . The apartment was so open, clean and modern . The bed and the bath were the best thing after a long walk around
Negative: Nothing about the property it was amazing , I just got a little lost trying to find the exact apartment! But I messaged and they got straight back to me and guided me straight to it .

My time here at this AIRBNB was nothing short of AMAZING! Ariell’s place was spotless, cozy and spacious and she even provided complimentary wine and snacks. Check in was quick and easy and she even allowed the option to check in earlier! The apartment is located right on Atlantas beautiful Belt line so you’re on the path with all the restaurants, parks and bars but the place doesn’t get noisy at all! I really enjoyed my time here and I think everyone should BOOK BOOK BOOOKKK!!! Such a great host and a beautiful home, so I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the ATL!

Soweit ziemlich sauber, Balkon gibt’s auch.
Negative: In der Nacht war es etwas lauter, als wir es gewohnt sind. Aber für Atlanta Innenstadt bestimmt immer noch leise.

Amazing property in a superb location, with great communication from the manager.
Positive: Amazing property. The wow factor you experience when you walk through the door! Everything was perfect. The decor, the comfortable yet super stylish vibe, the facilities, the equipment, the items in the food cupboard, fridge and bathroom cabinets are a great touch. This is the first property that is not a single house which I have visited on my travels around the world where I have not had to mention other people’s noise and my pet hate of doors slamming. There was literally no noise here. It was perfect. And the location is fantastic. I wanted a property that felt like a stylish home, just outside the city where I could walk round day and night and be surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. I got this in bucket loads. I can not recommend this property highly enough.
Negative: There is nothing. And I am super picky especially when it comes to noise as I am a seriously light sleeper.

Overall, fantastic! Don't hesitate to book if Atlanta is on your itinerary.
Positive: Lovely apartment with great amenities and a fantastic location—close to the interstate, airport, and a wide variety of dining options. The property was exactly as described, with covered parking (a must in Ga summer), a nice pool, and a rooftop hangout space. The owner responded promptly to questions and was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful, -providing complimentary snacks, health and beauty items and a wide selection of drinks. I happily recommend this property and would absolutely stay again!
Negative: If I had to mention anything, I’d say I was a bit surprised by the distance from the parking area to the apartment. It was a little challenging to manage, especially with the few groceries we brought along.

Positive: This is a true hidden gem in the city! The host was extremely accommodating and offered response times and amenities within the suite a hotel just cannot provide. The space was clean, decorated beautifully, and had such an elevated charm. I was in town for a concert and wanted to be in a neutral location that was close to everything. Safe to say I choose the perfect place! The property is surrounded by a ton of different shops, bars and restaurants within a comfortable walking distance. I suggest “Thumbs Up diner” if you want a good filling breakfast/brunch. This is also located in a really safe and quiet neighborhood considering how close it is to downtown. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, so that will be my excuse to come back to ATL and experience this wonderful property again sometime soon. Do not hesitate to book because this will for sure be the first property I book for any future ATL stays.

Comfortable, cool, relaxing oasis from Atlanta's Summer heat.
Enjoyed the extra amenities like complimentary wine, snacks, and chilled bottled drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator.
Access to washing machine, laundry soap and dryer.
Large comfortable bathtub, and toiletries.
Negative: All the breakfast bar chairs and the accent chairs are stylish and nice to look at, but I certainly wouldn't sit on them. Very lightweight and wobbly. If you're skinny though, you might be okay.

Communication with the host was stellar from booking and throughout. She always responded within 20-30 minutes. I had a slight technical issue with the entry gate code but Ariell was on the phone with me to get me into the gate and the suite. The neighborhood is quite vibrant but the outdoors noise began to quiet down as the sun went down. The property is close to shopping, downtown and highways are easy to get to. It's an apartment, so there will be some noise from the neighbors above abs below. I experienced heavy walking all day and into the night from upstairs and loud music from the apartment below. Yes, I'll be staying again!

Negative: Er stonden wel veel kleine dingen waardoor het lastig was om je eigen spulletjes neer te zetten, bijvoorbeeld in de badkamer. Maar dat is echt iets heel kleins.

Positive: Our stay was fantastic! Ariell is extremely organized — she sent us a detailed PDF before check-in with everything we needed: clear instructions for accessing the apartment, house rules, check-out time and process, where to take out the trash, plus recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to do in the area.
The apartment itself is perfect for two people, with a super spacious closet and a comfortable bed. The balcony was a lovely bonus where we enjoyed morning coffee and sunshine.
The space is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that make it feel warm and inviting — unlike some vacation rentals that can feel too minimal or impersonal. Ariell’s place felt like home! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere so much that we even stayed in for dinner one night and used the oven and some kitchen utensils.
The location is also excellent — one of the building’s exits opens directly onto the Atlanta Beltline East, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Beltline itself is a great place to walk and explore, and Ponce City Market is about a 30-minute walk away.
We’d stay at Ariell’s place again in a heartbeat. I’m even curious to try her other listing next time to explore a different part of Atlanta!

This has been the best place I've stayed at so far! Very clean, well decorated, great location, and overall very comfortable. I will highly recommend to others. Ariell's instructions we're very clear and made for a very smooth check-in and check-out. Not a single issue or complaint.

Tolle Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung
Positive: Wir wurden schon weit im Vorraus vom Vermieter kontaktiert. Sehr netter Kontakt. Wie angekündigt erhielten wir alle Informationen für die Einstellung des PKWS im Parkhaus und eine genaue Beschreibung für den Zugang zum Apartment. Das Apartment war wie ausgeschrieben ausgestattet. Sehr schön mit Balkon. Betten super bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet.
Restaurants 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Omg, this was such a cute gem in my own city! My daughter and I did a weekend staycation and we chose to stay somewhere that was close to everything because we live in the suburbs. This place was everything we were looking for and more! The condo was immaculate and not to mention, it was very well stocked! We didn’t need for much of anything! Thank you Ariell for providing such a cute space for my daughter and I to enjoy some quality time!

It’s good!
Positive: We stayed here for two days and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed, which I especially appreciated as a florist. The host was polite and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant.
Negative: The only minor downsides were that the towels had a strong chlorine smell, and the showerhead could use a replacement. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: It was really nice on the inside, very clean and put together very well.
Negative: The only issue we had is the hot water would run out pretty quickly but other than that everything else was perfect.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, decorated with style, luxury feeling. Clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom. Coffee and drinks provided. 30 min walk to downtown, 10 min to Martin Luther Park and in a lively neighbourhood. Nice balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee.
Negative: All was good, but if I have to list something : long corridors to walk with luggage :)

Ariell's place was perfect for our weekend trip to Inman Park. No car needed as it is right on the beltline and a walk or scooter ride away from popular restaurants and shopping. Her place was as beautiful as depicted in the listing. We have stayed at many places in or near Inman Park when coming to visit our daughter and this was one of our favorite places. Don't hesitate to book this unit - you won't be disappointed!

Positive: Probably one of the best hosts ever. Apartment was super clean and very well decorated. Big variety of body wash and shampoo available to use. Waters were found in the fridge and even a basket with chips. Location of the place is amazing right on the beltline and literally close to anything you can possibly think of (restaurants, bars, grocery store, touristy attractions). East check in and check out instructions with a PDF guide and text reminder. 5 stars.

My husband and I came to Atlanta for a concert at Mercedes Benz. Ariell’s place was top tier. Extremely clean and comfortable. She was great with communication and added numerous thoughtful details. Located right on the beltline made for easy access to everything. Parking garage was safe and secure. I’m so glad we chose this Airbnb for our weekend getaway. We will definitely be back.
