Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited. Violations may result in applicable cleaning or damage charges.
Property Condition: Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably clean condition and follow all checkout instructions.
House Rules: Failure to comply with established house rules may result in the reservation being reported to Airbnb and additional action in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
